About Janeve.Me

Hello friends,
My name is Janeve George and I am extremely glad to have you visiting my personal website. I am a software engineer by profession and a hardcore agile development enthusiast. Currently I am a Lead Engineer working in Bangalore, India. I am also the founder of Agile Developer Notes which was started in July 2011 - a site that helps in understanding and promoting Agile Software Development Methods and Tools.
I occasionally spend time writing technical articles in my website. Hope you will find some interesting ones in the Articles section. I also love to write about wonderful events and other aspects of my life in my blog. My articles are also featured in Java Code Geeks and The Server Side.
I was born and brought up in Abbassiya, Kuwait by my parents Mr. P A George and Mrs. Mariamma George. I am of 'Indian citizenship by descent'. My hometown is Alleppey, Kerala, India.
I completed most of my primary education in United Indian School, Kuwait. I pursued my secondary education in SDV Engish Medium Higher Secondary School in Alleppey, Kerala. I was doing my Higher Secondary studies in St. Micheal's College, Cherthala, when I found my passion in computers and programming. This inspired me to write the Kerala engineering entrance exam and got admission to “B.Tech in Computer Science” in Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam, Kerala. The collage days were the days I enjoyed the most. I am sure most of you have the same opinion :D
I have been working in the IT industry since 2005. In-spite my busy schedule delivering world-class products, I always try to spend some time to get acquainted and sharing the acquired knowledge on various state-of-the art and upcoming technologies.
